Introduction to Eden Energy Medicine
Learn the "Daily Energy Routine"
Two one-day classes where you learn the basics of EEM including meridians and the auric field, the five-minute Daily Energy Routine, practical tools and techniques for stress and pain management, emotional release, how to stay grounded, how to detoxify using reflex points and how to energy-test food and supplements. Powerful energy balancing protocols to use with others and yourself. Lots of “hands-on” and practice. $150/day.

Learn easy and quick exercises/practices such as tapping, breathing and simple movements for increased health and wellbeing. Notice immediate results in how you feel!
These are small classes and there is time for the students to be energy- tested to make the energy routine more individualized.
